Description

Ruichi Hardware specializes in the production and sales of metal stamping parts, with stamping capacity of up to 1250 tons, the maximum size of the workpiece could be 3*1.5 meters. There are large bending machines with processing thickness of 10mm. Meanwhile we have high-speed punching machine that can punch 1000 times per minute.

We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM one-stop services, encompassing product design, mold manufacturing, material sorting, production line processing, packaging, quality inspection, and door-to-door delivery. The factory is equipped with over 200 advanced production machines, including CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes ect. The maximum stamping capacity reaches 1,250 tons, with the ability to process workpieces up to 3 meters by 1.5 meters in size. The large bending machine can handle sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 10 millimeters. Additionally, the high-speed stamping machine can achieve up to 1,000 strokes per minute. This enables efficient response to customer needs throughout the entire process, from custom development to mass delivery.
