The customer has a factory with over 100 employees in New Jersey, mainly producing HVAC accessories. It is also the biggest distributor in the New York for building materials. In 2011, the customer made the first inquiry for damper blade with a total of 4 sizes and 2 configurations. Our pricing and samples were recognized by the customer and started the cooperation 13 year till now, and participating in the AHR ventilation exhibition in the United States many times.
In the later stage, we developed 18 types of damper blade with different logos for the client, which helped the client developed many customers and expand the markets. Currently, we have nearly 200 types of damper blades, including 4 shapes, 3 thicknesses, 3 different diameters to adapt to different pipes, and 12 sizes and 6 configurations. The client is a professional building materials supplier throughout Australia. When they first found us on Google, they asked us to develop two types of building accessories. There are many wooden single-family villas in Australia, so there is a high demand for wooden connectors. Their first inquiry was for bathroom brackets in two different finishes: 5mm stainless steel with a brushed surface and a polished one.
