After-sales Handling Procedures:
- Upon receiving your after-sales feedback, we will reply to your email and initiate the after-sales service process within 24 hours.
- The customer service department will first contact you to confirm the specific after-sales issues or the quantity of defective products. When the customer service department sends you the first email, the sales department will simultaneously send you a separate email, explaining the company’s complete after-sales handling process in detail.
- We also provide a video verification process as a confirmation method, which includes two steps: Step 1 – Confirm the cause of the problem; Step 2 – Conduct random sampling of products, verify and confirm the quantity of defective products, and record the entire process with screen recording.
- Collate details of product after-sales issues: This includes collecting supporting materials such as pictures, videos, and the quantity of defective products, as well as the specific issues listed in your original email. Meanwhile, we will organize a meeting with the General Manager and the Head of the Procurement Department to conduct in-depth discussions on relevant issues.
- We will immediately enter the negotiation stage of the after-sales solution with you. After the after-sales solution is mutually agreed upon and fully implemented, we will sort out all after-sales handling records into official documents and file them for future reference.
