This access door features a flush-to-frame design with reinforced edges, constructed from 18-gauge steel for both door and frame. It comes with knock-over mounting tabs on standard sizes including 6×6, 8×8, 10×10, and 12×12 inches for quick installation. The finish is a 5-stage iron phosphate preparation with a prime coat of white alkyd baked-on enamel. A concealed hinge pin is standard, along with a stainless steel slot screwdriver-operated cam latch. Optional latch types include cylinder lock and key, allen head, or spanner head cam locks. Suitable for commercial and industrial applications requiring a durable, low-profile access solution.
