This saddle regulator is designed for precise manual adjustment of damper blades in round and oval ductwork systems. It features a reinforced steel handle with a thickness of 1.2 mm, weighing 42g (without bracket). The handle is compatible with oval 5/16″ et square 3/8″ drive shafts for flexible installation.Constructed from galvanized steel, zinc‑plated steel, or stainless steel, the regulator includes a steel oval frame (1.3 mm thickness), a saddle (0.45 mm thickness), and is composed of a handle, washer, and wing nut for secure attachment and smooth operation. Available in 1½” and 2″ heights to accommodate different duct sizes.Ideal for HVAC airflow balancing, ventilation control, and damper positioning in commercial and residential systems, this saddle regulator offers durability, precision, and easy installation. OEM customization in material, size, and configuration is available.
