The company specializes in the entire lifecycle of stamping metal parts, covering design, research, development, manufacturing, and sales. In August 2019, our Spanish client placed the first order for heating stove accessories. Upon receiving the products, the client was extremely satisfied. This positive feedback led to further opportunities.

Subsequently, the client sent us over one hundred drawings, requesting the supply of an assembled heating stove set. This comprehensive product consisted of 29 components, including the shell, top cap, bottom plate, connecting joint, inner box, support bracket, screwed pipe, and others. The production process involved a diverse range of techniques, such as laser cutting, stamping, bending, CNC machining, welding, riveting, powder coating, and assembly.

While most components could be manufactured in-house, some presented significant challenges. However, our engineering team delved deep into research and managed to overcome these difficulties. Driven by our commitment to customer satisfaction, we accepted the order. Impressed by our capabilities, the customer increased the order volume to half a million dollars. Under strict quality control from raw material procurement to production, we completed the manufacturing and shipment within forty days. The client was highly satisfied with the end – products and subsequently signed an annual contract with us. This project not only demonstrated our technical strength but also marked a new breakthrough for Ruichi Hardware in product development.
