These clips are designed to securely attach table tops to table bases while effectively accommodating natural wood movement caused by changes in humidity and temperature. The elongated slot allows the tabletop to expand and contract freely without warping, cracking, or buckling, ensuring long-term structural stability. The mounting slot can be easily machined using either a table saw kerf cutter or a biscuit jointer, with the biscuit jointer being the preferred method for cleaner and more precise slots. For proper installation, the slot should be positioned 7/16″ back from the edge of the tabletop, providing reliable fastening while maintaining flexibility for seasonal wood movement.

The factory is equipped with over 200 advanced production machines, including CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, tapping machines, automatic drilling machines, surface grinders, vertical milling machines, pulse welding machines, EDM wire-cutting machines, three-coordinate dot marking machines, laser marking machines, sheet metal shears, and fully automatic packaging machines. The maximum stamping capacity reaches 1,250 tons, with the ability to process workpieces up to 3 meters by 1.5 meters in size. The large bending machine can handle sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 10 millimeters.
