This access door features a 20‑gauge galvanized steel formed door panel with multiple bends and flanged edges on all four sides for enhanced rigidity and structural integrity. An integral perforated taping bead adds further strength and facilitates seamless drywall finishing.The door panel is finished with a 5‑stage iron phosphate preparation and a white baked‑on polyester powder coat for excellent corrosion resistance and a durable, smooth surface. The 26‑gauge galvanized steel frame is left in mill finish.A concealed hinge provides a clean appearance and improved security. The standard slot screwdriver‑operated cam latch is included, with optional latch types available including cylinder lock and key, allen head, spanner head, or torx cam latches.Ideal for commercial and institutional drywall installations requiring a rigid, high‑strength access solution with a professional painted finish. Custom sizes and OEM configurations are available.
