Description
Formed from Q235 carbon steel with a zinc-plated finish, this J hook balances real load strength with an economy price. The robust body resists bending and sagging under dense cable bundles, while the plating shields the steel against oxidation and surface rust through normal indoor and covered service - dependable everyday support without paying the premium for stainless-steel hardware.
One hook organizes the full cable mix. The 2-inch hook supports CAT3, CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6E and CAT6A plus fiber optic runs, and forms a clean distribution pathway for category cable, PoE, low-voltage, coax, signal/control lines and innerduct or tubing. Route data, security and AV systems side by side in neat bundles - one SKU instead of several.

The factory is equipped with over 200 advanced production machines, including CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, tapping machines, automatic drilling machines, surface grinders, vertical milling machines, pulse welding machines, EDM wire-cutting machines, three-coordinate dot marking machines, laser marking machines, sheet metal shears, and fully automatic packaging machines. The maximum stamping capacity reaches 1,250 tons, with the ability to process workpieces up to 3 meters by 1.5 meters in size. The large bending machine can handle sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 10 millimeters.
