Adopting precise sheet metal processing technology, the housing case boasts smooth surface, accurate dimensional tolerance and tight assembly, effectively avoiding deformation and damage during long-term equipment operation.

The factory is equipped with over 200 advanced production machines, including CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, tapping machines, automatic drilling machines, surface grinders, vertical milling machines, pulse welding machines, EDM wire-cutting machines, three-coordinate dot marking machines, laser marking machines, sheet metal shears, and fully automatic packaging machines. The maximum stamping capacity reaches 1,250 tons, with the ability to process workpieces up to 3 meters by 1.5 meters in size. The large bending machine can handle sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 10 millimeters.
