Ventilation slots, display windows, port holes and switch openings are cut in one pass by CNC laser cutting – clean edges, no burrs, and tolerances that hold part after part. Complex patterns that are difficult or impossible with stamping and manual work come standard, so your front panel matches your drawing exactly.

Laser-welded seams join the panels into one rigid body: uniform, airtight joints that outperform spot welding in strength and appearance. Smooth, spatter-free welds keep the enclosure dust-tight and look clean even before painting – no grinding marks, no weak points at the corners.

CNC press braking forms the shell with consistent, accurate bend angles and smooth corner radii. The one-piece bent structure carries load without flex, holds its shape during assembly and shipping, and gives the product a seamless, premium look that riveted frames cannot match.

Designed for power banks and portable power stations: laser-cut ventilation manages battery heat, the rigid welded chassis safely supports battery packs, and pre-positioned cutouts simplify final assembly. One factory covers cutting, bending, welding, finishing and QC – stable OEM/ODM quality from sample to bulk.

Our factory is equipped with over 200 advanced production machines, including CNC turret punch presses, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, tapping machines, automatic drilling machines, surface grinding machines, vertical milling machines, pulse welding machines, wire-cut EDM machines, 3-axis dot peen marking machines, laser marking machines, shearing machines and fully automatic packing machines. Our maximum stamping capacity reaches 1,250 tons, and we can process workpieces up to 3 m x 1.5 m. Our large press brakes handle sheet metal up to 10 mm in thickness.
