All enclosures start from premium Stainless steel sheet. Compared to equivalent steel chassis, aluminum delivers the same structural rigidity at less than half the weight, while its thermal conductivity passively dissipates component heat – eliminating the need for additional cooling fans in many sealed designs. This is the material electronics engineers trust for RF shielding, audio amplifiers, and high-density PCB housings.

Beyond basic powder coating, aluminum’s unique advantage is anodizing – an electrochemical surface treatment that grows a hard, non-conductive oxide layer directly into the metal. The result: scratch-resistant surfaces (hardness up to Mohs 7), permanent color that won’t peel or fade, and a premium satin feel that turns a simple box into a brand asset. Available in natural silver, black, gold, blue, red, and custom dyed colors.

Premium TIG Welding & Surface Treatment: Avoid dark, uneven weld seams. We apply TIG welding plus weld grinding & brushing. Smooth welds, burr-free edges and consistent surface appearance for high-end finished goods.

Our factory is equipped with over 200 advanced production machines, including CNC turret punch presses, laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, tapping machines, automatic drilling machines, surface grinding machines, vertical milling machines, pulse welding machines, wire-cut EDM machines, 3-axis dot peen marking machines, laser marking machines, shearing machines and fully automatic packing machines. Our maximum stamping capacity reaches 1,250 tons, and we can process workpieces up to 3 m x 1.5 m. Our large press brakes handle sheet metal up to 10 mm in thickness.
