This access door features a 5/8″ recessed design, allowing it to sit flush with finished drywall surfaces for a clean, professional appearance. Both the door and mounting frame are constructed from 22‑gauge steel, with the frame incorporating galvanized steel drywall taping beads on all sides for seamless integration into wall or ceiling assemblies.The door is finished with a satin coat steel surface, offering a smooth, low‑reflective appearance suitable for painted or unpainted installations. A concealed hinge provides clean lines and enhanced security, while the standard slot screwdriver‑operated cam latch ensures reliable, tool‑operated closure.Optional latch types include cylinder lock and key or allen head cam latch for added access control.
