Our relationship with this client began when they found us through both Google and Alibaba. As a top-rated supplier with 10 years of experience on Alibaba, we were able to demonstrate our reliability and manufacturing strength, which led them to choose us for their project.
Their first inquiry was for bathroom brackets in two different finishes: 5mm stainless steel with a brushed surface and a polished one. At the time, we were primarily a metal hardware accessories manufacturer, so when we learned they were a well-established US bathware brand (founded in 1983) with extremely strict quality standards, we were a little unsure if we could meet their expectations.
The first round of samples was a mix of success and learning—the brushed version passed inspection, but the polished one didn’t meet their requirements. Thankfully, they believed in us and gave us another chance to refine the product. Through persistence and careful adjustments, we finally delivered a polished sample that met their high standards.
Since then, this partnership has grown significantly. We’ve developed and produced three different product series (six products in total), with two more recently approved and now moving into mass production. More importantly, working with this client has pushed us to improve our surface treatment processes and expand our capabilities—evolving from a components manufacturer to a full-product supplier with strong quality control.
